Greetings from Scout group Forlì 14, Emilia-Romagna, Italy! We’re writing to you with excitement and hope, as we would love to arrange a cultural exchange between our scout groups. We thought that a possible time for this could be from April 23rd to 27th, but we are flexible if other dates work better for you. Be involved in an exchange is something we’ve been dreaming of since the beginning of 2023, and we truly believe it would be an incredible opportunity for both our groups to meet, learn from each other, and create lasting memories together. The idea behind this exchange is very close to our hearts—we are so eager to discover new cultures, understand different ways of living, and see how scouting brings people together all over the world. We believe that by sharing our experiences, traditions, and ideas, we can all grow as scouts and individuals, and build strong friendships that last well beyond the event itself. A little about me and my patrol: my name is Irene Amadori, I’m 15 years old, and I lead the Tigri patrol, which has six amazing girls. We’re a tight-knit team that loves exploring new challenges and learning through our adventures. Our troop leader, Mattia, is a great source of inspiration for us, always motivating us to give our best. We would be absolutely thrilled if you would consider this exchange with us, and we really hope this idea excites you as much as it does us.
