Francesca est animatrice au sein de la patrouille Lupi, rattachée au groupe scout Santa Marinella 1, basé près de Rome.

Dans le cadre d’un projet éducatif et d’ouverture culturelle, la patrouille s’est engagée dans un parcours visant à obtenir l’insigne international « Citoyens du monde ». Ce projet consiste à organiser un voyage à Bruxelles entre le 1er et le 10 août 2025. L’objectif principal de ce séjour est de rencontrer un groupe scout local et de partager ensemble activités, traditions et expériences scoutes.

I am Francesca Carnemolla, troop leader of the Santa Marinella 1 group (Rome).
The patrol Lupi is working towards the international badge “Citizens of the World” with the goal of organizing a trip to Belgium (Brussels).
The group consists of 9 to 10 people, including one adult leader.
The proposed travel period is between August 1st and 10th, 2025 (maximum 3 days), with the aim of meeting a local Scout group and staying for two nights.
Their project includes:
Exchange of customs and traditions (such as ceremonies, patrol ban, etc.)
Sharing songs, chants, patrol roles (leader and assistant), and typical practices
Exchanging a symbolic or traditional item from their group (e.g., a typical pioneering construction)
Visiting iconic and meaningful places together
Bringing and exchanging craft workshops based on the Guides’ badge specialties
